- This product is the Bluetooth version (Not Wifi version).
- Please turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and make sure your cellphone is closer near the device when pairing.
- Please note that the connecting distance in the house normally is within 50m (164ft). If there is an obstacle in the measurement range, the measurement data may not change or cannot be connected.
- When the Thermometer Hygrometer only display the humidity, it may be the humidity has not changed in the current time period.
- There is a vent behind the Thermometer Hygrometer, please note that not to block it. For example: do not cling it to the wall.
- Supports Android 4.3 or above, iphone 4s or above.
