The LYD1-C series surge protection device (SPD) is suitably used in IT, TT, TN-C, TN-S, TN-CS and low voltage AC distribution systems with a rated voltage of up to 380V to protect against direct and indirect lighting pulse and other transient surges. SPD has two protection modes: MC and MD.

• SPD as just one side of the clamps, which can prevent electrical contact, firmly mounted indoors, voltage limit.
• SPD has a built-in isolator switch, if SPD is invalid due to overheating or failure, the disconnect switch can automatically disconnect SPD from the network and send a display signal at the same time. The visible window shows white colour in normal operation, if it is to be disconnected from the network, it shows red colour.
• 1P+N, 2P+N, 3P+N SPD consist of 1P, 2P, 3P SPD and NPE neutral and grounding protection modules used in the power supply system of TT, TN-S etc.
