Easy to use.
1. Peel off the old sheet.
2. Wipe the body gel pad to remove residue.
3. Tear off one side of the transparent film.

5. Smooth the gel film to remove air bubbles.
6. Tear off the other transparent film film.
Care tips:
1. Before applying the ABS stimulator gel pads to your skin, make your skin clean and dry.
2. Apply a few drops of water with your fingertip and lightly wipe the surface of the absorber gel pad to clean the dirt.
3. Empty the stimulator gel pads completely and place them in a well-ventilated place so that they can air dry with the adhesive side facing up.
